For investors in our open-ended fund, there is a lockup period of 9 months after committing capital and investors are required to provide notice 3 months before withdrawing funds. These lockup periods ensure that we close deals already in pipeline and provide consistent cashflow to all investors.
Investors in our close-ended funds will receive investment principal back at fund expiry.
Yes. This means you can demonstrate a net worth of over $1MM, income of over $200k (individual) or $300k (joint) for the past two years, or otherwise satisfy the SEC’s requirements for accreditation.
